Today after work we went for nice Polish dinner to Halina and Bolek place. It was nice to get together again after few years of not been too close. The food as always at their place was phenomenal. Menu consisted of Polish vegetable/Italian minestrone soup, beautiful cabbage, potatoes, BBQed healthy Alberta AAA grade beef, BBQed chicken, polish (home made) dill cucumbers, tomato salad. All these were followed by fruit and sweets, coffee and tea. Bolek and I drunk good German weitzen (both blond and dark) followed by Polish Tyskie. What more can a person ask for - good food, good company. It was a lovely evening and it lasted till late hour. Hopefully we will have many more of those yet. Check pictures by following this link.
